1/2 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon plain yogurt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Scoop it
Start by scooping out the flesh of a ripe avocado and placing it into a mixing bowl.
2. Mash it
Mash the avocado with a fork until it forms a smooth, creamy consistency without any lumps.
3. Add the rest
Add honey and yoghurt to the mashed avocado.
